The Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) -RUPCHA group of institutes represents 211 districts in 10 states of North India through 309 healthcare centers. It was a pleasure to interact with their board, administrators and enablers this month and present about applying telemedicine in semi-urban and rural centers. We completed the session with hands on live workshop that displayed how simple it is to get rich diagnostics (bluetooth connected IoT instruments) on patients at remote centers, which enables doctors at a central hospital location connected via internet to make informed medical decisions.
