                                    Pam Bolton

Pam Bolton serves as Tech Care for All’s head of global health and social impact lead. She brings to TC4A her decades of work in sub-Saharan Africa, her lifelong dedication to the health and rights of women and children and her expertise in forging multi-sector partnerships for social good.

From 2014-7 Pam was VP for Global Health and Innovation with Concern Worldwide U.S., an international development and humanitarian organization.

There she led the establishment of Concern’s Centre for Innovation and Health and directed Innovations for Maternal, Newborn & Child Health, a multi-country initiative funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to test inventive ways to help mothers and children in low-resource settings get the care they need to survive and thrive.

With GBCHealth (2008-14), Pam supported Fortune 500 companies in the health care, pharma, mining, energy and professional services sectors to strengthen their corporate social responsibility and sustainable business strategies. GBCHealth is an international alliance of businesses committed to investing their resources to make a healthier world and meet global goals. For many years prior, Pam managed, evaluated and advised maternal and child health/family planning programs in about 20 low-income countries.

Pam has been a guest lecturer for Northwestern University, University College London and Dartmouth College. She holds an MBA in international business strategy and MHS in Maternal & Child Health.
