Marc Delavarenne serves as Tech Care for All’s Head of Operations. He brings to TC4A his sales & marketing experience from the pharmaceutical industry, his ability to manage cross-functional projects and his 4 years’ experience on customer centricity across international organizations.
Marc spent the last 4 years as Head of Customer Experience for Bristol-Myers Squibb France, then for the Global organization leading the design and deployment of a new customer-centric approach that has won several awards from customer associations.
From 2008 to 2014, Marc worked in Sales & Marketing roles within BMS, leading European Operations for the Medical field-people team, managing the Sales organization for the Virology business in France and developing customer strategy for BMS China.
From 2000 to 2007, Marc contributed to developing the commercial footprint of the pharmaceutical branch of Procter & Gamble, serving as Sales Regional Manager and Marketing Manager for the Rheumatology business in France. From 2008 to 2014, Marc worked on different Sales & Marketing roles within Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), leading European Operations for Medical field-people team, managing Sales organization for Virology business in France or developing customer’s strategy for BMS China.
Marc has a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical & Organic Chemistry from Lille University and is graduated from Skema Business School in Lille. He supports “Les Enfants d’Angkor Wat,” a French humanitarian association, and likes coaching young suburban graduates to help them find a first job through the “Nos quartiers ont du talent” (Our neighborhoods Have Talent) association.
