Jean-Baptiste Chardigny serves as Tech Care for All’s Project Director, leading the company’s development in Africa. He brings to TC4A his decades of work in the healthcare sector in both mature and emerging markets, his ability to tailor solutions to healthcare professionals and his expertise in establishing commercial operations in LMICs.
From 1995 -2003, Jean-Baptiste contributed to developing the commercial footprint of the French pharmaceutical companies (Ipsen, Innothera and Servier) in 13 countries of the former Soviet Union, serving as Regional Business Director and Country Manager.
From 2004-2016, he served as Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, First Line Manager and Sales Director for Takeda France, gaining deep expertise in a wide range of therapeutic areas such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer pain, depression, schizophrenia, asthma and GI tract diseases.
From 2017 to 2018, Jean-Baptiste was Hospital Business Unit Director for Grünenthal France where he launched Zalviso, an innovative drug/device combination that improves post-operative pain management.
Jean-Baptiste brings as well his decades of experience gained as a volunteer serving fragile populations of rural India and vulnerable homeless people in Paris. He is as well a guest lecturer in the Department of Public Ethics at Paris Jesuit University.
