Tech Care For All (TC4A) And KOIS Holdings KOIS Announce Joint Venture Agreement To Form New Company In India

KOIS Holdings (Belgium) and Tech Care for All (Belgium) entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (Sept 17 2018) to form a new company in India that will promote health technologies and social impact in the country. The new company will be headquartered in Mumbai.

The new Indian company will commercialize a digital health portfolio that assists patients and health providers in India along the journey from wellness and prevention to diagnosis, treatment, support and follow-up. From its base in Mumbai, the company will market a range of practical products that increase people’s access to affordable, high-quality care, from connected diagnostics to peer-to-peer training platforms that help doctors upgrade their skills. The new company is uniquely structured around combined global experience in healthcare, technology, and strategy consulting from both business and nonprofit sectors. Financial details of the investment are currently undisclosed.
